Job summary

Jabil is seeking a Quality Engineering professional to develop and implement the site’s Quality Management System for a new Prince George, VA startup. You will lead CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement to ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and company requirements, including readiness for ISO 9001:2015 certification.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and QA teams to establish quality processes, document control, and robust work instructions,

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or managing Quality Management Systems (QMS) in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and auditing principles.
• Proven ability to lead CAPA, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality plans and control systems for manufacturing.
• Lead QMS development and ISO 9001:2015 certification readiness.
• Establish document control, CAPA, internal audits, and management review processes.
• Create process documentation, PFMEAs, control plans, and work instructions.
• Drive inspection, testing, validation, and process control methodologies.
• Monitor quality metrics, identify trends, and mitigate risks.
