Job summary

Mechanical Dynamics and Analysis LLC, a world-class supplier, seeks a quality-focused professional for the BSH Division in Euclid, OH. You will support the Quality System, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement across the division's scope.

Responsibilities include audits, nonconformance and CAPA processes, supplier management, document control, calibration tracking, and cross-functional communication with MD&A personnel and customers. Strong engineering background preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree preferred with experience in power industry.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and audits.
• Root Cause Analysis and corrective action proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-process and quality system audits for the Repairs Division.
• Coordinate nonconformance, corrective action, and cost data analysis.
• Lead quality reviews and maintain work instructions and data sheets.
• Monitor supplier quality and qualification of new suppliers.
• Ensure calibration tracking for gauges and test equipment.
• Provide quality training and serve as audit contact person.
