Job summary

Restek Corporation seeks a Quality Systems Engineer III to lead quality initiatives, design robust process controls, and drive continuous improvement across engineering and manufacturing. You will manage internal/external audits, corrective actions, and change management while supporting new product development and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, data-driven decision making, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field with at least 7 years of lab/manufacturing experience.
• Preferably with 5 years in a quality-focused role.
• Chemistry background preferred.
• Deep understanding of quality processes, ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Proficient in DOE and SPC statistical methods.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Engineering and Manufacturing to design, implement, and maintain robust process controls.
• Utilize quality systems such as Corrective Action, Internal/External Audits, Change Management, and Deviation Analysis.
• Plan, schedule, and execute internal quality audits with actionable reports.
• Support customer and regulatory audits to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to New Product Development with robust design and process capability.
• Develop and uphold Quality Systems procedures aligned with best practices.
• Lead Change Management processes for quality initiatives.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints with root-cause actions.
• Conduct root-cause analysis forums using data trends to drive improvements.
