Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Quality System Engineer to join our Quality organization and help develop and deploy a world-class QMS across internal sites, including Arsenal-1, and across suppliers. You will work with production, manufacturing, and auditors to ensure compliant, reliable products that meet mission requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience.
• Knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, AS9100, AS9120, etc.).
• Experience with QMS software solutions such as Net Inspect, ETQ, MasterControl, or SAP.
• Familiarity with data analytics platforms, reporting tools, and basic visualization.
• Understanding of ERP/PLM/BI systems.
• Experience implementing and onboarding QMS software within manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of the QMS and top-level processes across sites.
• Assist in coordinating resources for internal and external QMS audits.
• Help implement QMS software adoption and audits.
• Collaborate with business systems, quality engineers, and manufacturing engineers to prepare new processes and digital tools.
• Contribute to the QMS roadmap to scale quality capabilities with the company.
• Develop expertise in Anduril's quality tools, processes, and data sets.
• Assist with external audit communications and customer audits as needed.
• Participate in internal auditor processes and conduct internal audits.
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities for QMS and product quality.
• Support training modules and retention with managers.
