Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a detail‑oriented Quality Documentation & Inventory Specialist to manage the Document Control Center and quality records. The role supports internal audits, QMS/QIS, and corrective actions while updating procedures and client documentation.

Ideal candidates have inventory experience, familiarity with QMS, and strong MS Office/Visio skills. You will conduct plant reviews, assist cross‑functional teams, and uphold fast‑paced, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to handle basic statistical control methods.
• Must have previous inventory experience.
• Current or previous experience with Quality Management System.
• Must possess excellent computer skills, not limited to MS Office, Windows, or Visio.
• Ability to perform duties with minimal supervision or guidance.
• Must be able to effectively adapt to change and thrive in a stimulating, fast‑paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Document Control Center, Data and Records of the Quality System.
• Support, document, and follow up on Internal Audits, QMS/QIS, and Corrective Actions from Internal Audits.
• Update visual aids, process instructions, quality procedures, corrective and preventive actions, client documentations.
• Generate and update control charts as well as Quality QOS.
• Review and validate all controlled documentation used and displayed throughout the plant against QIS.
• Participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
• Work closely with Supervisor to develop improvements to employees’ performance and the service provided to all other departments.
• Perform plant tours to detect any activity not in compliance within the quality.
• Keep workstation and/or area clean and organized.
• Ensure Weekly Triggers files are sent to the Suppliers on a timely basis.
• Coordinate cycle counts as required for Sync Report Analysis.
