Job summary

Stratasys is seeking a Director of Quality Systems in Belton, TX, to lead quality assurance across manufacturing operations and drive Best in Class standards for additive manufacturing.

The role requires extensive experience in quality management, ISO 9001 & AS9100, and statistical process control, with travel up to 25%. You will oversee audits, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives while partnering with suppliers and internal customers to meet stringent requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have deep knowledge of quality control for manufacturing, ISO 9001 & AS9100 quality systems, and statistical process control.
• Export Control Compliant (ITAR) is required.
• Ten years of combined experience in quality, management, and manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance operations across manufacturing departments and sites.
• Manage internal and third‑party audits and ensure corrective actions are effective.
• Lead and develop the quality team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Interact with customers and suppliers to ensure QMS alignment with requirements.
• Monitor quality metrics and drive cost control and process improvements.
• Contribute to ASTM standards development related to additive manufacturing quality.
