Job summary

Stratasys Ltd in Belton, Texas, seeks an Additive Manufacturing Programmer II to ensure the production of high-quality parts. You will evaluate customer data for manufacturability, create build files, and support machine operations with engineering, quality, and finishing teams.

Responsibilities include maintaining travelers, adhering to specs, updating workflow statuses, and tracking KPIs. The role requires strong organization, CAD familiarity, and teamwork in a cutting-edge manufacturing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of production scheduling.
• Highly organized and able to multi-task under deadlines.
• Intermediate math and geometry understanding.
• Knowledge of additive manufacturing technology.
• Proficient in English (verbal, reading, writing).
• Basic computer skills and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Organize, review, and create builds.
• Support PE/PA and customer expectations.
• Follow work instructions to assist on workflow.
• Collaborate with other departments to assist customers.
• Cover machine operators as needed.
• Analyze and repair customer files in Solid View and Magics to assess manufacturability.
• Ensure compliance with all job specifications and travelers.
• Coordinate with departments on special instructions, part quality, and scheduling.
• Escalate build issues and troubleshoot minor operator problems.
• Adhere to Quality Systems Management and safety policies.
• Attend required training and demonstrate Stratasys Behaviors.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by the department or manager.
