Job summary

Kite Pharma is offering a summer internship in the Kite Development - Quality Systems, Compliance & Audits and Vendor Quality. You will contribute to high-impact projects, gain real-world experience, and participate in leadership presentations and community activities.

The role is hybrid, with a 10–12 week summer schedule. You will work with data, develop QA tools, and present your outcomes at the end of the internship.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, MBA, JD or PhD program with continued full-time enrollment.
• Must be independently authorized to work in the United States now and in the future.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time internship lasting 10–12 consecutive weeks between May and August.
• All internships are hybrid; fully remote roles are not offered.

Responsibilities

• Data trending and gap analysis for study and portfolio-related datasets.
• Assist in creating AI agents.
• Assist in GCP inspection preparation activities.
• Assist in quality metrics and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop tools and templates to support quality culture within Kite clinical trials.
• Foster relationships between quality personnel and learn about Kite Quality organization.
• Showcase your work with a final presentation near the internship conclusion.
