Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a motivated student to join its Research and Development Division Quality Assurance for a 12-week, full-time internship starting in May or June 2027. You will contribute to data analysis and visualization, assist with document review and technical editing, and help coordinate meetings to support QA activities.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a BS or MS degree in a science or engineering discipline
• Strong academic performance
• Strong organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and own deliverables
• Demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration and inclusion skills, and ability to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated capability to develop innovative solutions to challenges
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) (preferred)
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Spotfire (preferred)
• Capabilities for managing multiple tasks simultaneously, including leading small projects (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Support Global Development Quality within the Research and Development Division Quality Assurance organization
• Lead small projects and/or assist with project-specific tasks
• Develop collaboration tools to improve communication and coordination
• Develop data visualization tools and solutions
• Conduct document review and management, including technical editing
• Support project management, including meeting coordination and facilitation
• Provide quality-focused support of clinical manufacturing operations
• Help advance the operating model and enable new technology implementation
• Support quality oversight of manufacturing, packaging and labeling, testing, and release of clinical-trial materials
• Network with the QA Leadership Team and interact with experienced pharmaceutical employees
