Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with a keen sense of customer service.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support calibration program with post data migration activities including testing, debugging and follow up on open tickets.
• Support and manage Calibration related activities across various Skyworks locations.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining semiconductor manufacturing documentation (procedures, forms, records).
• Support gap analysis by collecting and reviewing existing process documentation.
• Update tracking tools (e.g., Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint) to monitor progress.
• Support internal audit program and follow-up activities such as corrective actions, root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Assist in ongoing Quality systems projects as needed.
