Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. in Newbury Park is seeking a Quality Systems Co-op for Wafer Fabs from January through June 2027.

You will support the quality systems team in document control, audit management, calibration programs, and project initiatives within wafer fabrication. The role requires strong attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively; familiarity with Excel/Power BI and ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 is a plus.

Qualifications

Graduate student pursuing a degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
Excellent oral and written communication with a customer service mindset.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

Support calibration program with post data migration activities, including testing, debugging, and follow-up on open tickets.
Support and manage Calibration-related activities across Skyworks locations, including supplier profiles and performance.
Assist in organizing and maintaining semiconductor manufacturing documentation (procedures, forms, records).
Support gap analysis by collecting and reviewing existing process documentation.
Update tracking tools (e.g., Excel, SharePoint) to monitor progress.
Support internal audit program and follow-up actions, including corrective actions and root cause analysis.
