Job summary

Philips is seeking a QMS Specialist for the Latham, NY site to ensure compliance across the Quality Management System. You will document, improve processes and execute QMS procedures to maintain regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in regulated QMS environments, familiarity with ISO 9001/13485, GMP, and experience with eQMS tools like Trackwise/EtQ and SAP. This is an office role with on-site requirements at Latham, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or vocational education in a relevant engineering/science field.
• 4+ years in QMS, quality audits in regulated environments (MD, Pharma, Automotive).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016 and GMP concepts.
• Strong communication, organization, and prioritization abilities.
• Experience with eQMS tools and ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure activities at Latham site comply with PEFP/ICQA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage local QMS processes and ensure process leverage for compliance.
• Oversee DHR review, Q&R requirements, document control, and periodic reviews.
• Ensure audit planning and scheduling meets internal and external regs.
• Support training and metrics data collection to measure QMS effectiveness.
