Job summary

Philips in Latham, NY is seeking a QMS Specialist to join the Operations Quality team. You will ensure compliance with regulatory standards, manage QMS documentation, and drive process improvements within the local quality framework.

You will support audit planning, KPI reporting, training, and the DHR review process, contributing to robust quality management across the site. This is an onsite role requiring in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or science.
• 4+ years in Quality Management Systems in regulated environments.
• 3+ years with QMS in medical device sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 13485:2016, GMP.
• Proficient with MS Office; experience with eQMS and SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site activities comply with Philips Excellence Process Framework (PEPF) and applicable regulations.
• Manage local QMS processes, documentation, and change control.
• Plan and execute audits; monitor KPI data to measure QMS effectiveness.
• Manage DHR review process and local documentation control.
• Support training and contribute to training content for local QMS documents.
