Position Overview:

We are hiring a Quality Systems Auditor at our Groveport, Ohio location. This role involves auditing manufacturing records to ensure compliance with SOPs, cGMP, and customer specifications, supporting quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma; college courses preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience with technical documentation, auditing, and editing preferred.
• SAP experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Audit batch records for accuracy and compliance with cGMP and customer standards.
2. Identify and communicate discrepancies, requesting resolutions.
3. Generate and distribute Certificates of Analysis for batches.
4. Verify inventory movements and quantities in SAP.
5. Monitor finished goods quality status for timely shipments.
6. Report and manage raw material inventory nearing expiration.
7. Initiate and support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.
8. Coordinate with departments on planning, validations, and documentation.
9. Process SAP transactions related to inventory and production.
10. Maintain records of batches and transactions per policies.
11. Work in accordance with quality systems and FDA cGMP, maintaining a clean environment.
12. Enforce safety and environmental policies, assist in safety investigations.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.
