Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive quality leadership in capital equipment, electronics, or semiconductor-adjacent manufacturing.
• You have led an organization through an ISO 9001 certification (Stage 1/Stage 2) with registrar experience.
• Internal auditor training; working command of CAPA, 8D, and core quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and build PulseForge's integrated management system to ISO 9001:2015 with a combined ISO 14001/45001 path.
• Lead certification execution, registrar engagement, and Stage 1/Stage 2 activities.
• Manage supplier quality programs, product compliance (RoHS/CE/UL/Semi), and quality analytics.
