Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience OR Master’s with 0 years (or 6 years in lieu).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Strong computer skills (Microsoft Suite, Outlook).
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong organizational skills.
• Able to work with limited supervision and in a team.
• Able to work overtime when required; lift 40+ lbs.; stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Review production planning; reconcile discrepancies between As Built and As Designed.
• Compile As Built data to generate customer reports.
• Build final hardware packages per contract requirements and support sell-off.
• Serve as subject matter expert and department point of contact.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, configuration, quality and other orgs.
• Lead and support continuous improvements for Propulsion Systems.
• Interact daily with team members, leaders, and customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
