Job summary

The Quality Systems Analyst at CACI International maintains and improves the company's Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring AS9100/ISO9001 compliance and audit readiness. You will manage documentation, data analysis, and quality software to drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you will develop QMS metrics, support internal and external audits, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams to train staff on SOPs and uphold customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or related field, or 7+ years of relevant quality experience.
• Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001 and audit readiness activities.
• Familiarity with CAPA, nonconformance management, and corrective action processes.
• Experience with document control systems, quality databases, and quality data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analytics tools for developing metrics and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop an effective QMS auditing program supporting compliance and improvements.
• Perform QMS audits based on AS9100, ISO9001, customer and internal requirements.
• Monitor corrective action plans for timely resolution of discrepancies.
• Collect quality data, run root cause investigations, and build performance reports.
• Analyze quality performance and collaborate on improvement plans.
• Support external audits by managing schedules and readiness.
• Partner with cross functional teams to train staff on SOPs and ensure standards.
• Maintain a cooperative, professional work atmosphere with customers and colleagues.
• Perform other duties as necessary.
