The Quality Systems Analyst maintains and improves CACI's Quality Management System (QMS). A key role contributing to defining, managing and execution of an effective QMS. Primarily responsible to ensure compliance with industry standards AS9100 / ISO9001 and customer requirements, manage documentation and command media, quality software, analyze performance data, and execute or coordinate internal or external audits to drive continuous business improvement.
Assist in developing quality related process metrics and key process indicators (KPI's). Support data capture processes and systems to provide data synthesis, analysis and reporting with the goal of identifying process improvement opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in Quality, Business, Engineering, or a related field or 7+ years of relevant experience in quality systems, quality assurance, or manufacturing quality.
Knowledge of AS9100 / ISO 9001and Quality Management Systems with experience supporting internal, external, or customer audits and audit readiness activities.
Familiarity with CAPA, nonconformance management, and corrective action processes.
Experience with document control systems, quality databases, and quality data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with data analytics tools for developing metrics and KPI's.
ASQ Lead Auditor Certification preferred.
Demonstrated experience participating in or leading Layered Process Audits (LPAs).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for preparing detailed reports, presenting findings, and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret and evaluate data and processes.
Desire to learn and master new material.
Strong drive and sense of ownership.
