Job summary

Slate is seeking a Quality Systems Analyst in Troy, MI to support the eQMS administration and continuous improvement initiatives. You will help standardize SOPs, test new features, and train users across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years understanding of Quality Management Systems and ISO/IATF standards desired.
• Hands-on experience with eQMS platforms and system administration.
• Experience with IMDS is required.
• Ability to work autonomously on projects and drive improvements.
• Strong problem-solving, training, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Quality Management Systems Manager to administer the eQMS and SOPs.
• Standardize SOPs and work instructions for consistency.
• Test and validate new features, workflows, and updates before deployment.
• Configure system settings, workflows, and user permissions.
• Develop training materials to promote effective system usage.
• Organize SOPs, Work Instructions, and training resources with module admins.
• Process system security and module eQMS access requests and Jira tickets.
• Provide first-level support and escalate complex issues as needed.
