Job summary

The Haskell Company in Shreveport, LA is seeking an experienced administrative/quality support professional to handle document control, records, and meeting coordination. You will maintain project folders, update QIP summaries, and assist with inspections and data entry across quality programs.

This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidentiality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
  • Some college or applicable business courses preferred.
  • Certification preferred; minimum eight years of office/clerical experience.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Quality project folders on company network including QIPs, preconstruction minutes and reports.
  • Update QIP summary spreadsheets for monthly meetings and follow up on missing data.
  • Assist with preparing third party inspection and testing service agreements and monitor results for compliance.
  • Coordinate critical QIP meetings, print peer reviews, create sign-off sheets and send requests.
  • Assist with operations meeting prep and presentation materials for Quality staff meetings.
  • Collect and input data for Quality metrics and maintain documentation for committees.

Please note our clients and projects are nationwide - This Project will be in Shreveport, LA- - Industrial Water

Responsible for handling a wide range of administrative and technical support-related tasks to

support Quality as well as provide assistance and back-up support as needed for C-Core related

systems and programs including but not limited to business diversity, safety, project

information/controls, records retention and field personnel management.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Maintain Quality project folders on company network which will include of QIPs, preconstruction minutes
  • and site observation reports and all other Quality documents.
  • Update QIP summary spreadsheets (for monthly meeting) and follow up with any missing data.
  • Assist with preparing third party inspection and testing services agreements, and monitoring the inspection
  • and testing results for compliance.
  • Coordinate critical QIP meetings by ensuring peer reviews are printed, creating sign-off sheets and sending
  • meeting requests.
  • Assist with operations meeting preparation.
  • Assist with preparing presentation materials for meetings led by Quality staff.
  • Assist with the collection and data input associated with Quality metrics.
  • Assist with lesson learned which include coordination of meeting; prepare agenda and maintaining all
  • documentation and sharing information with associated committees.
  • Assist in preparation of Qualigrams.
  • Assist with awards programs which include Project of the Year and Look of Excellence.
  • Assist with the coordination and data management of the customer surveys.
  • Prepare travel arrangements and expense reports and maintain Quality staff travel calendar.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Education/Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent required; some college or applicable business

Certification Preferred. Minimum Of Eight Years Of Office/clerical Experience

Environmental Factors and/or Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, this position is required to have ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations; and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) light to medium weights of 10-50 pounds. Requires good hand-eye coordination, and arm, hand and finger dexterity, including the ability to grasp, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
