The Quality Support Representative provides frontline support to the quality assurance function within the distribution center environment. This role supports compliance documentation, customer-facing quality activities, export functions, and calibration program coordination. This position works under direct supervision and serves as an entry-level gateway into the Quality department.
Our merit-based salary/bonus program offers exceptional growth opportunities. Compensation for this Non-Exempt role is $28.85 hourly DOE.

Basic understanding of product compliance frameworks (RoHS, REACH) and export documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); comfortable with web-based portals and data entry systems.
Strong to detail withattentiona demonstrated commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
Clear written and verbal communication skills; professional demeanor when interfacing with customers.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management system requirements.
Experience working with customer-facing quality portals or supplier compliance platforms.
Knowledge of electrostatic discharge (ESD) handling procedures for electronic components.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
