Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Quality Support Analyst to join the Program Management Office (PMO) supporting a geographically dispersed team. You will provide quality support and reporting, including collecting and compiling inputs for monthly status reports and performing quality checks.

You will also help prepare executive briefings and facilitate performance metric analysis. On the team, you’ll develop trackers, document quality processes, and contribute to program plans and SOPs.

Qualifications

  • Experience gathering and organizing qualitative and quantitative inputs in Word/PowerPoint templates.
  • Strong formatting and proofreading to correct grammar and punctuation.
  • Experience developing trackers to monitor product and task status.
  • Document quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attention to detail with effective time and task management.
  • Ability to perform QA reviews against requirements.
  • Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

As a Quality Support Analyst, you'll be part of a dynamic Program Management Office ( PMO ) supporting a geographically dispersed team. You Have:

Experience with detailed formatting and reviewing products to identify and correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation

Experience developing and using trackers to monitor status of products and tasks

Experience documenting quality processes and procedures and identifying areas for improvement

Ability to perform tasks that require strict attention to detail and effective time and task management

Ability to perform quality control and quality assurance reviews of documents against requirements

Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
