Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS). The role involves guiding policy, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement across the site in a 1st shift environment.

You will review the QMS, report on performance, and manage corrective actions while supporting a 24/7 operational context with a flexible schedule and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience in quality management or operations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS in line with documented policies and procedures.
• Review QMS at planned intervals for suitability and efficiency.
• Provide high-level reporting on system performance and recommendations.
• Serve as site audit authority for internal and external audits.
• Post quality policies and deliver policy training across levels.
• Ensure training status and setup are reviewed and meet requirements.
