Job summary

Metal Craft and Riverside, Eau Claire, WI, seeks a Quality Technician for the Inspection department. The role focuses on ensuring materials and finished goods meet specifications through incoming, in-process, and final inspections, including First Article Inspections.

Ideal candidates have 2–5 years QA experience, strong GD&T and inspection-tool knowledge, and a detail-oriented, collaborative work style. Eligible for benefits and a full-time evening shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates preferred in QA or related field.
• 2–5 years of quality assurance experience is required.
• Knowledge of inspection equipment, GD&T and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming, in-process and final inspections per plans.
• Conduct First Article Inspections and FAI reports.
• Prepare and review inspection reports and data.
• Prepare containment to prevent defects.
• Support in-process control charts and audits.
• Collaborate with supply chain, manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Assist with data collection and product reviews as requested.
• Maintain accurate records and meet quality standards.
