Job summary

Kingston Plant is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality function and supervise QC Inspectors at the Kingston facility. You will own the quality program end-to-end and drive RCCA and MRB processes with measurable improvements.

You will report on key quality KPIs and partner with engineering, production, and purchasing to address defect causes. The role requires an associate degree or technical quality certification plus 5+ years in manufacturing quality, with strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical certification in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing quality experience with formal or informal leadership.
• Strong RCCA/MRB knowledge and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to read technical drawings and quality specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality function and QC Inspectors at Kingston plant.
• Drive RCCA and coordinate MRB across the plant for improvements.
• Own quality KPI reporting to Plant Manager (scrap, warranty, yield).
• Develop and audit Standard Work and QMS readiness as needed.
