Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee the QA department to uphold quality throughout production.
• Train and supervise QA staff and implement policies.
• Investigate customer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality.
• Conduct inspections (receiving, in-process, final) and report results.
