Job summary

Lake Air Products is seeking a 1st Quality Supervisor for the Roseville, MN location to drive continuous improvements in quality and cost objectives. You will partner with manufacturing leaders and teams to address customer quality concerns and ensure reliable finished products.

The role requires 3 years in metal manufacturing with QA/QC experience, strong knowledge of QA systems, and excellent cross-functional communication. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 3 years in metal manufacturing, preferably stamping or fabrication.
• Quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and statistical analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and address customer complaints related to product quality.
• Analyze data and specifications to define quality standards for finished products.
• Develop and implement inspection criteria and procedures across production.
• Apply Total Quality Management (TQM) tools to improve reporting and analytics.
• Collaborate with production teams to monitor materials, facilities and product quality.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality of purchased parts and processes.
• Review quality issues and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
• Engage vendors to align on material and process quality standards.
• Manage customer returns and maintain accurate routing information.
• Ensure calibration system integrity for inspection and testing equipment.
