Job summary

Lake Air Products in Roseville, MN is hiring a 2nd shift Quality Inspector to join our growing manufacturing team. The role involves inspecting components and assemblies for defects, performing first-piece inspections, and supporting ISO quality processes to meet customer specifications.

Qualified candidates have 3 years of quality inspection experience, GD&T knowledge, and familiarity with height gauges and bench measuring tools; an AA degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of quality inspection experience required.
• AA degree or equivalent training preferred.
• ASQ/ISO/PM/Lean Six Sigma certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all 1st piece inspections as required.
• Support and follow all Quality processes.
• Comply with ISO & quality system requirements.
• Perform all incoming and in-process inspections as directed.
• Assist production and less experienced inspectors with IP inspections.
• Track defect data and participate in corrective actions.
