Job summary

Cirtec Medical Corporation is seeking a Quality Supervisor II to lead the day-to-day Quality operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and customer expectations. You will supervise inspectors and technicians, coordinate release of manufacturing records, and drive continuous improvement across processes.

The role collaborates with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain to meet quality targets and customer satisfaction, while guiding a team in a fast-paced medical device

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
• 3–5 years in engineering or manufacturing processes, preferably medical devices.
• Minimum 2 years leading or supervising technical or professional personnel.
• Advanced English for meetings, audits and global collaboration.
• Experience in medical device industry and non-conformance management, CAPA, audits, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Quality personnel and allocate resources.
• Coordinate daily Quality Control activities to support programs and objectives.
• Review and release manufacturing records (DHR) per GMP and GDP requirements.
• Lead investigations, CAPA, deviations, and audit responses; drive corrective actions.
• Provide technical leadership to manufacturing on quality and compliance.
