Nucor Towers & Structures in Crawfordsville, IN is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead a quality culture across the division, ensure safety and drive continuous improvement. The role manages day-to-day quality activities, mentors the quality team, and aligns with procedures and audits to minimize risk.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in fabrication quality, audits, customer interactions, and knowledge of AWS D1.1 and NDT methods (UT/MT/VT).

Qualifications

• 5 years of direct experience in a Quality Management role for a fabrication shop.
• Experience with AISC or ISO certifications and related audits.
• Experience in customer interactions, audits and field issue resolution.
• Working knowledge of AWS D1.1 and NDT methods UT, MT, VT.

Responsibilities

• Lead and foster a culture of quality at the operating location.
• Engage team and improve safety of all operations.
• Direct day-to-day quality activities at the division.
• Build, coach and mentor the quality team at the division.
• Track and report on quality performance, re-work, back charges.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and audit established procedures.
• Identify potential areas of risk and make recommendations.
