Job summary

MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the Grants Pass quality team and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing processes. You will oversee control plans, audits, supplier inspections, and data-driven actions to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 3–6 years in manufacturing supervision, strong analytical and communication skills, and the ability to read drawings. Experience with wood components and CNC knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to adapt to change and drive improvements.
• Ability to read drawings and understand tolerances.
• Knowledge of CNC equipment a plus.
• Experience in wood components finishing/assembly a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage Control Plans and quality system requirements.
• Schedule, develop, and manage LPAs.
• Maintain Incoming Supplier Part Inspection requirements.
• Lead calibration programs and measurement system analysis.
• Lead capability studies, SPC, A3 problem solving, and CAPA actions.
• Develop and supervise a Quality Team of three employees.
• Collaborate with Sales and Plant teams to resolve quality issues.
