Job summary

KDC-ONE is seeking a Quality Supervisor for our Groveport, OH site. You will lead a QA/QC team, uphold GMP and FDA standards, and drive quality improvements in a fast-paced environment.

You will tackle process deviations, perform root cause analyses, and coordinate audits and documentation for product launches and transfers. A strong leader with science background will thrive here, ensuring product integrity and compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or related science.
• 3+ years of supervisory experience in laboratory environments.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations and microbiological testing methods.
• Cosmetics/pharmaceuticals experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of QA and QC professionals to meet production goals while upholding GMP and FDA standards.
• Tackle quality issues, provide guidance, and ensure timely resolutions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Conduct investigations, root cause analyses, and implement corrective actions to improve quality.
• Participate in audits and refine processes to ensure flawless documentation for new product launches and transfers.
• Coach and mentor team members to develop high performance capabilities.
• Collaborate with Customer Service, Engineering and Production to ensure seamless operations.
