Job summary

KDC/ONE Groveport is seeking a Production Line Leader to oversee the filling and packaging line, train the team, and ensure safety and quality standards are met on a fast-paced shift. You will drive efficiency, maintain cleanline procedures, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals.

With 2+ years in manufacturing or supervision, familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, and SAP, you will lead by example and ensure timely changeovers while upholding stringent quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience, OR 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Familiarity with FDA cGMPs, OSHA safety, SOPs, and SAP.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across the filling and packaging line.
• Train, guide, encourage, and work with your team to keep quality high and schedules on track.
• Perform ongoing quality checks, manage appearance, torque, and weight.
• Record production documentation and finished goods in SAP.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on projects and changeovers.
• Lead investigations of failures or deviations and help uncover root causes.
