Job summary

H. T. PROF Group in Findlay, OH is seeking a Quality Supervisor with HACCP background to lead a small, fully staffed quality team. You will oversee the site's quality system, drive root cause analysis, manage QA audits, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is highly preferred, experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.
• At least 2-3 years in a similar quality leadership role.
• Experience overseeing quality in HACCP regulated environments.
• Working knowledge of HACCP processes.
• Experience overseeing quality control functions (auditing, non-conformances, root cause analysis, countermeasures, etc.).
• Supervision of others.
• Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve the site's established quality management system.
• Oversee and ensure regulatory and legal compliance, including leading and guiding all direct reports to confirm compliance.
• Manage and lead root cause analysis and ensure countermeasures are completed.
• Handle customer quality concerns and update them on the quality status.
• Oversee daily operation of the quality lab and ensure testing goals are met.
• Prepare for and execute internal and external quality audits.
• Drive and achieve quality continuous improvement initiatives.
• Interact with plant and corporate teams on quality projects.
• Ensure product quality documentation meets regulatory requirements.
• Lead and participate in cross-functional teams related to plant quality.
• Update and maintain the site HACCP plan and adhere to HACCP requirements.
• Follow industry regulations.
• Execute and improve quality training.
• Complete non-routine quality projects and higher level crisis management.
• Monitor and oversee the quality budget.
• Other tasks as assigned by management.
