Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10+ years of quality-related experience including team management.
• 3–5 years of electrical experience.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and client specs.
• Proven communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, schedule and assign work to the quality technicians.
• Coordinate with Quality Manager and Team Lead for resource planning.
• Perform inspections, tests and certification reviews; enter nonconformances.
• Assign daily schedules and support production and new product development goals.
• Use dashboards and KPIs to monitor timely completion and report gaps.
