Job summary

SLB is seeking a motivated Quality Supervisor to lead a team of quality inspectors in our Data Center infrastructure solutions. You will oversee inspections, tests and nonconformance follow-ups to meet industry standards and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration across cross-functional teams, with a focus on applying LEAN principles and continuous quality enhancements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years of quality-related experience with team management.
• 3–5 years of electrical experience.
• Ability to read drawings and client specs.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, schedule and assign work to quality technicians.
• Oversee inspections, tests and certification reviews.
• Enter nonconformance reports and coordinate with engineers.
• Monitor daily schedules and support production goals.
• Use KPIs and dashboards to drive improvements.
• Identify required tooling and maintain preventive maintenance.
• Conduct team performance appraisals and coaching.
• Identify improvement opportunities and apply LEAN principles.
