Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related technical field.
• 5+ years in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
• Strong root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.

Responsibilities

• ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor (CQS) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
