• Monitor daily project activities to ensure quality, safety, and customer requirements are met.
• Perform audits and validations to maintain process compliance.
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions using continuous improvement methods.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and maintain strong client relationships.
• Address employee performance concerns and encourage open communication and accountability.
• Coordinate multiple projects and locations while ensuring adherence to quality standards and timelines.
• Maintain work instructions, ISO documentation, performance records, and operational reports.
