Milwaukee Tool is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead production quality initiatives on the plant floor in Olive Branch, MS. The role involves mentoring staff, enforcing policies, and ensuring procedures are followed across manufacturing lines.

You will drive continuous improvement through audits, training, and strong teamwork, with emphasis on ownership, accountability, and hands-on problem solving to meet production goals.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 2+ years of production experience preferred.
• Experience in machine shop, stamping, assembly, or plastic injection molding is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality systems and techniques; strong problem solving.
• Ability to understand and use work planning skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate the quality team to monitor floor quality, processes, and documentation.
• Orient, train, develop, motivate, counsel, and assist team members in work instructions and production standards.
• Perform supervisory and HR functions (work assignments, attendance, incident reports, evaluations).
• Assist in production scheduling, material flow, and equipment maintenance related to quality.
• Monitor quality audits and safety reports to identify causes and implement corrections.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the quality and plant teams.
