Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor for 2nd Shift (Mon-Fri, 2:30pm-10:30pm) in Fairburn, GA. You will establish, implement and maintain the QMS, lead site audits and drive continuous improvement to meet quality standards.

The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced warehouse environment and collaboration with operations teams to ensure compliance and performance. Qualifications include 2 years of relevant work experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and scanner

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in quality management or a similar role.
• Experience implementing and maintaining a QMS and coordinating internal audits.
• Strong collaboration with operations to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures.
• Review the QMS at planned intervals and identify improvements.
• Provide high-level reporting on system performance and recommendations.
• Serve as site audit authority for internal and external audits.
• Ensure training and policies are understood and followed.
