Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Manager on 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 2:00pm–10:30pm) to oversee quality and maintenance at the Kansas City site, ensuring the QMS aligns with ISO9001 and reporting on performance to drive improvements.

You will collaborate with customers, lead corrective actions and audits, and support Lean initiatives. Requirements include 4 years in quality/inventory in warehousing, ISO experience, supervisory background, and Excel proficiency; a Bachelor’s degree or

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in quality and inventory in a distribution or warehousing environment
• Experience in an ISO environment
• Supervisory experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Execute the QMS according to documented policies and procedures
• Provide Root Cause Analysis guidance and develop corrective actions
• Promote awareness of customer requirements and manage corrective actions
• Perform audit follow-up to verify effectiveness of corrective actions
• Support Lean process improvement opportunities and maintain safe, compliant operations
• Coordinate staff training and ensure timely training status review
• Direct and prioritize site maintenance and maintenance technicians
