Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor for the 2nd shift in Fairburn, GA. You will establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) across the site, lead internal and external audits, and drive corrective actions and continuous improvement.

You’ll manage quality metrics, train staff on quality policies, and ensure OSHA/EHS and ISO requirements are met while coordinating with warehouse operations to sustain high service levels and compliance.

Qualifications

• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and computerized scanner equipment.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Execute and maintain the QMS per policies and procedures.
• Manage site audits (internal and external).
• Provide high-level reporting on QMS performance and improvement opportunities.
• Train staff on quality policies and ensure understanding across levels.
• Ensure training requirements are met timely.
