Job summary

MSI Express, Inc. is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality department in safety, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

The role focuses on developing policies, ensuring compliance with HACCP and SQF 2000, and coordinating audits across production to maintain high quality standards. The candidate will train staff, review documentation, and maintain quality records while ensuring regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Biology, Chemistry or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality with exposure to all major functional areas of Quality and Food Safety.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control and HACCP practices.
• Experience with customer interactions and regulatory audits.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, managing salaried and hourly staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the quality department in safety, service, performance and leadership.
• Maintain HACCP programs and conduct customer, regulatory, and internal audits.
• Monitor plant performance and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality standards, batch sheets, and specification sheets.
• Ensure compliance with SQF 2000 and food safety regulations.

Job Description:Job Description: Quality Supervisor ROLE PURPOSE/POSITION SUMMARY:The Quality Supervisor is responsible to provide direction to the quality department in the areas of safety, service, performance, quality, and leadership. Will ensure that the quality of all products produced within the production facility will be done so in a safe and wholesome manner.
