Grede is seeking a 1st shift Quality Supervisor to lead final audit, inspection, calibration, and process controls to maintain production schedules and quality standards. You will supervise planning, training, and coaching of quality staff to ensure safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise final audit, layout, NDT, calibrations, and inspection operations.
• Maintain production schedules while upholding quality and cost standards.
• Select and train employees in departmental operations.
• Evaluate performance and coach for safe, efficient work.
• Assign work to optimize skills and expedite production.
• Ensure proper equipment care and workflow in operations.
• Monitor materials, tools, and inventory to support operations.
• Coordinate equipment repairs with maintenance as needed.
• Promote safe practices and a union-free environment.
