Job summary

Search Masters, Inc. seeks a Manufacturing Quality Leader to oversee a team of 10 inspectors and technicians in a heavy manufacturing environment. You will drive hands-on resolution of quality issues and lead root cause analysis initiatives on the floor.

You will train staff in corrective actions, implement 8D and 5Y frameworks, and participate in internal audits to ensure continuous improvement and compliance. This pivotal role supports future leadership potential.

Qualifications

• BS Eng required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with demonstrated corrective actions.
