Job summary

Comprehensive Logistics Co. Inc. in Missouri is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead our layered audit program and drive continuous improvement within the Quality Management System.

You will supervise Liaisons, coordinate shipments, and ensure accurate invoicing and adherence to safety and process changes. The role emphasizes teamwork, problem solving, and compliance with company policies. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 3+ years in

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 3 years experience in a warehousing/distribution environment.
• 2 years of materials experience a plus.
• Prior 3PL experience is preferred or other Warehousing/Distribution experience.
• Strong PC skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Determine layered audit schedule.
• Drive resolution of layered audit findings through the Five Phase Problem Solving Process.
• Prepare invoices for sorting activity.
• Supervise Liaisons.
• Request shipper forms and arrange shipment Clips/CMA operation.
• Facilitate the implementation of system changes.
• Reflect process changes in our Quality Management System.
• Resolve supplier quality issues with the customer when the SQA technician is unable to reach consensus.
• Perform layered audits.
• Involved in Multi-disciplinary Five Phase Problem Solving Teams that directly drives the company's continuous improvement process and policies.
• Execute or facilitate team training.
• Promote and maintain a safe working environment.
• Enforce company policies/procedures and corresponding work instructions.
