Quality Supervisor

Job Overview

Marvin Roanoke is seeking a 2nd Shift Quality Supervisor to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring all quality standards are upheld on the production lines, overseeing quality tasks, and leading, directing, and motivating the team to produce high-quality products. The candidate should possess strong communication, intermediate mathematical, team collaboration, and self-motivation skills. The position involves monitoring product quality and providing feedback to improve processes.

Highlights of Your Role

• Supervise Quality Auditors and Technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and train line associates on product standards and specifications.
• Maintain systems such as gage calibration, incoming inspection, corrective actions, and measurement requests.
• Create a productive work environment that exceeds company goals.
• Maintain proper documentation of departmental data.
• Promote safety and conduct safety training following safety policies.
• Supervise 11+ associates.

You're a good fit if you have (or can develop):

• High School Diploma/GED required; associate or two-year degree preferred.
• Six months to one year of supervisory experience or equivalent training; prior quality experience and certifications are a plus but not required.
