Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Position Overview

The Quality Supervisor will oversee the quality control and assurance processes within the manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with regulatory requirements, including GMP and FDA guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise quality control staff and oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to meet GMP and FDA regulations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the manufacturing process to identify areas for improvement and maintain sanitation standards.
• Coordinate and conduct training for staff on quality control practices and procedures.
• Manage documentation related to quality control processes and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance in a food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, FDA regulations, and sanitation practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
