Seoyon E-Hwa Manufacturing Savannah Inc is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead the QA team and drive quality improvements across the plant in Bloomingdale, GA. You will oversee inspections, ensure customer specifications are met, and coordinate root-cause analysis with cross-functional teams.

You will implement and monitor ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 processes, maintain records, and mentor staff to uphold the highest quality standards. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field is highly desired.
• Minimum 1+ years in a quality supervisory role, preferably automotive.
• CQE, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
• Proficiency with quality inspection tools and techniques.

Responsabilités

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and non-conformances.
• Conduct root cause analysis and coordinate with cross-functional teams for corrective actions.
• Generate quality reports and metrics, presenting findings to management.
• Address customer quality concerns with timely resolutions and preventive actions.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet specifications.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Quality Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality. You will lead a team of quality control team members, develop and implement quality control processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team, ensuring all quality standards are adhered to.
• Oversee the inspection and testing of automotive parts to ensure they meet internal and customer specifications.
• Identify areas for process improvement, working closely with the production team to implement corrective actions and preventative measures.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inspections, audits, and non-conformances.
• Conduct root cause analysis on quality issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.
• Generate quality reports and metrics, presenting findings to management and recommending solutions.
• Address customer concerns related to quality, ensuring timely resolutions and preventive measures.
• Work with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets specifications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) highly desired.
• Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a quality supervisory role, preferably in the automotive industry.
• CQE (Certified Quality Engineer), Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of automotive industry standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, etc.).
• Proficiency in quality inspection tools and techniques (e.g., CMM, SPC, FMEA, PPAP).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
