Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a Quality Supervisor to lead daily quality operations in our aerospace manufacturing, distribution, or repair environments in Dallas. This role ensures compliance with customer requirements, aerospace quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures while driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or quality-related field.
• 5+ years of quality management experience in aerospace/manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and regulatory requirements.

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.
• Lead investigations of nonconformances, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits and drive corrective actions.
• Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma.
• Review and approve quality documentation, SOPs, and inspection records.
• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality performance.
• Support customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
• Review and approve quality documentation and compliance reports.
• Promote safety, quality, accountability and regulatory compliance while leading and coaching the team.

The position communicates quality policies and objectives across the operation, supports the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), maintains quality documentation and records, provides guidance on quality and compliance matters, and partners with cross-functional teams to identify risks, resolve issues, and improve operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise quality inspectors and quality assurance personnel.

• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal quality requirements.

• Lead investigations of nonconformances, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and root cause analysis.

• Manage internal, customer, and regulatory audits and drive timely corrective actions.

• Monitor quality metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

• Review and approve quality documentation, SOPs, work instructions, inspection records, and compliance reports.

• Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve quality performance and resolve quality concerns.

• Support customer quality concerns and ensure timely resolution.
